This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quality Engineer located in Markaz El Wasta. The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the quality assurance functions and will manage the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to assure quality standards are being met. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements throughout the manufacturing process.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities

Prepare and update inspection and sampling plans for receiving and in-process control.

Manage the receiving inspection processes and the supplier improvement program.

Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures .

Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.

Manage and follow up the customers’ complaints and ensures that the necessary corrective actions were taken.
Must Have
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a relevant field.
- Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.

Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.

In-depth understanding of technical documentation.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis.
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- V. Good command of using MS office programs.
- Bani-Suef or 6th of October residence.

- Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus.
